and shipping and delivery information for orders placed through this website.
The following General Terms and Conditions (Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen, "Terms") apply to all orders placed through this website. The provider and contracting party is:
Detlef Rathmer · Verlagshaus Rathmer
Molkereiweg 9 · 48727 Billerbeck
Telephone: +49 (0) 2543 / 931 85 07
E-mail: detlefrathmer@t-online.de
The offer is directed at consumers and businesses; with regard to the delivery period, delivery takes place only after receipt of payment.
The presentation of products on this website does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to order. By clicking the order or payment button, you are redirected to the secure payment page of our payment service provider Stripe. By completing the payment process, you submit a binding offer to purchase the selected goods.
The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by way of a confirmation (e.g. by e-mail) or deliver the goods. We do not store the contract text separately; the information provided during the ordering process and these Terms are decisive.
All prices are final prices. Pursuant to § 19 UStG (German Value Added Tax Act, small business exemption), no value added tax is charged or shown for orders placed directly through this website. Books ordered via Books on Demand are subject to the prices and terms of Books on Demand. Any shipping costs are shown separately during the ordering process and displayed before the order is completed. For books subject to fixed retail prices, the statutory fixed book price system applicable in Germany applies.
Payment is made through the payment service provider Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., Dublin, Ireland) using the payment methods offered there. You enter your payment data directly on Stripe's secure payment page; we do not collect or store payment card data. The purchase price is due upon completion of the order.
Printed books are shipped by us from Billerbeck within Germany. Any shipping costs are displayed during the ordering process.
Unless stated otherwise, the delivery time is usually 3 to 5 business days after receipt of payment. Deliveries abroad are possible by prior arrangement; please contact us in advance.
Digital products (e.g. e-books) are provided after receipt of payment by download link or e-mail. No shipping costs are charged for digital content.
(1) Subject matter. By purchasing Full Access, the Portrait Edition or the surcharge (upgrade from the Portrait Edition to Full Access), you acquire access to a browser-based app (Enneagramm-Heilungskompass) with the content described in the respective offer. Access is activated after receipt of payment; you will receive your login details by e-mail. This is a one-time payment, not a subscription.
(2) Term. Access is guaranteed for at least five (5) years from the initial purchase. In the case of an upgrade from the Portrait Edition to Full Access, the minimum term begins with the initial purchase of the Portrait Edition. Beyond the minimum term, access continues for as long as we operate the app.
(3) Updates and new content. During the term, we will provide you with bug fixes and the continuously added content (for example new portraits) to the extent described in each case at no additional charge. There is no entitlement to specific new content or features unless we have expressly promised them.
(4) Discontinuation of operation. After the minimum term has expired, we may discontinue operation of the app with at least three months' notice, which we will announce in advance. If operation is permanently discontinued before the end of the minimum term, including for reasons relating to our person (for example death, illness or insolvency), we or our legal successor will refund the purchase price pro rata for the remaining minimum term (linear calculation by month). Where technically possible, we will enable you to export your personal data in the app beforehand.
(5) Availability. Brief interruptions, for example due to maintenance or technical faults, are possible. Your statutory rights in the event of defects in digital products (§§ 327 ff. BGB, German Civil Code) remain unaffected.
(1) Subject matter. By purchasing, you acquire access to a browser-based app (Rathmer’s Repertorium: rubrics of mental and emotional symptoms with annotations, case function and materia medica). Access is activated after receipt of payment for the e-mail address given at purchase. Login is by means of this address and a code sent to you by e-mail. This is a one-time payment, not a subscription. An introductory price applies for a limited time; we will announce its end in advance on the app's pricing page.
(2) Term. Access has no expiry date. Availability is guaranteed for at least five (5) years from purchase; beyond that, access continues for as long as we operate the app. There is no entitlement to specific new content or features; we provide bug fixes during the term.
(3) Use. Access is intended for personal use by one person. Not permitted are sharing login credentials, joint use by several persons, automated extraction or copying of data, resale, and the reproduction and public communication of content. In the event of a violation, we may block access.
(4) Discontinuation of operation, availability. § 5a paragraphs (4) and (5) apply accordingly.
(5) Note on application. The Repertorium is a reference work for homeopathy professionals. It replaces neither a medical diagnosis nor treatment. The user is responsible for its application in individual cases.
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. The details are set out in our Withdrawal Policy. For contracts for the supply of digital content (e.g. e-books), the right of withdrawal may expire early under the conditions stated there.
When purchasing access to the Enneagramm-Heilungskompass (Full Access, Portrait Edition, surcharge) or to Rathmer’s Repertorium, by ticking the box for these Terms during the ordering process you expressly confirm that we may begin performing the contract (immediate activation of digital access) before the withdrawal period has expired, and you acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once performance has begun (§ 356 para. 5 BGB).
For calendars and other printed products that are printed and produced as custom-made items to order only after the order has been received, there is no right of withdrawal pursuant to § 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB, as these are goods made to the customer's specifications and clearly tailored to the personal needs of the orderer. The customer is expressly informed of this before completing the ordering process and confirms this by ticking a corresponding checkbox.
Delivered goods remain our property until paid in full.
The statutory provisions on liability for defects (warranty) apply.
We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Should individual provisions of these Terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
