Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement we shall use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees because of this reimbursement.

We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied proof that you have sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Early Expiry for Digital Content

In the case of contracts for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium (e.g. e-books), the right of withdrawal expires if we have begun performance of the contract after you have expressly consented to our beginning performance before the withdrawal period has expired, and have acknowledged that by your consent you lose your right of withdrawal once performance has begun.

This applies in particular to the following products in our range: e-books, PDF files and access to the Enneagramm-Heilungskompass (Enneagram Healing Compass; one-time digital access, no subscription) in all variants, namely Full Access, Portrait Edition and the surcharge (upgrade) from the Portrait Edition to Full Access. For these products, during the ordering process you confirm by means of an express consent checkbox that you agree to the immediate provision of the digital content and that your right of withdrawal thereby expires. Once consent has been given and access has been activated or the content delivered, withdrawal is excluded by law (§ 356 para. 5 BGB, German Civil Code).

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal for Custom-Made Items (Calendars)

Calendars and other printed products in our range are produced exclusively as custom-made items to order (print on demand). Since these goods are made to the customer's specifications and are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the orderer, there is no right of withdrawal pursuant to § 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB. The customer expressly confirms this before completing the order.
